Request an Event Invitation

We welcome guests who are active members of the BDSM community. At our events, if you identify as male, present as male, and enjoying playing in an all-male environment, we want you. If you attend a 15 event, although you are not required to play at the party, the expectation is that you are interested in doing so. People interested in voyeurism only are not a good fit for our events.

After you complete this form, it will be reviewed by a Fraternal of The 15 Association. If you are a match for us, you will receive an email with a link to complete the rest of the information required to be put on the Door List for the event. You must click on the link in the email and complete the form in order to be put on the door list.

Our events are not geared for people outside our community. These events are not training classes, and no formal instruction is provided.  Our events are for people who are players in BDSM. There are other resources for people exploring whether or not they have an interest in BDSM; we aren't it.

To request an invitation to our BDSM play party you must have an ID verifying you are 18 years of age or older.

Please provide the information below, and be specific for the essay-style questions. Flippant, brief answers will most likely be rejected. Answering “No” or “None” to any of the questions may result in your request being declined. Your email address must be capable of receiving mail, or you will not receive the response to whether your request has been approved or rejected.

ONLY ONE PERSON PER FORM! If multiple people are requesting entrance to our parties, EACH ONE MUST BE A SEPARATE REQUEST.

NOTE: If you use a “Scene” name, or initials, your request will be rejected.

Please use a REAL email address, otherwise you will not
receive our emails with instructions on completing your request.
Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, and some other "freebie" servies block all
email from us, for no reason. We suggest not using them.

(Cut-off time for requests is two hours before the event starts.)

Please Note:

If you are applying the day of the event, if you are approved, you will need to:

  • Go to the link provided in the email to create a Profile on our site.
  • Upload a headshot ‘ID’ photo, and have it be approved.
  • Upload a vaccination card showing that you are vaccinated and Boosted, and have it be approved.
  • Most events are now Advanced Ticket Required, with no sales at the door, so you will have to purchase a ticket on the site after your vaccination status has been approved.
  • When you show up to the event, we will print out a “Release of Liability” Form (unless you printed it out at home yourself from our website), and ask you to sign it.
  • The first time you come to an event of The 15 Association, we’ll need to see a government-issued Photo ID to verify you (mainly for age verification). This only has to be done the first time.

Note that all this takes time, and when the event itself is occuring, we’re putting on the event, and not paying so much attention to our email. So it behooves you to get the Profile, Photo, and Vaccination card steps completed as soon as possible, because you won’t be able to buy a ticket or attend an event until they are.
